Job Description:

Recall Masters is looking for a highly organized and results-oriented individual to work as a Client Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate works well with multiple teams within a fast-paced organization and possesses the ability to navigate through various client contacts. The Onboarding Specialist handles all aspects of successfully launching new and existing clients. Reports to the Director of Production. This is an in-person position at our office in Laguna Hills, CA.
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of New Client Setups
  • Kick-off Meeting for RM Products with the client, sales representative, and assigned Performance Manager
  • Follow-up with tasks for Production and Call Centers
  • Launch Date and Hand-off of Client to Performance Manager
  • Projects for OEM Managers
  • R+ Artwork Approval/Snap Pak proofs approval
  • Monitor Data/Production and communicate client expectations
  • Communicate with Accounting to activate billing upon completion of launch
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
     

Additional Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales, Productions, and Client Experience departments to improve the client experience through
    • Enhances processes
    • Improved word tracts/visuals
    • Better communication with clients regarding expectations
    • Better communication with team members regarding status and client concerns
    • Maintain checklists and Installations report cards as developed
  • Proficient use of Company CRM (Salesforce) and complete install trackers
  • Weekly reporting on installations
Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good excel knowledge
  • Empathetic and friendly
  • Product knowledge
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Business writing experience
  • Must have automotive experience working in FixedOps or related field
  • Excellent PowerPoint experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Communication experience working with clients via phone and web

 

Other Requirements

This role leverages a flex-schedule that may involve nontraditional working hours. Must be able to work from the Recall Masters office or remotely from a home office, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience. This position is eligible to US citizens physically residing in the US, any offer of employment is contingent upon background, drug screen, and reference checks.
